So the illustrator Christian Robinson won a Caldecott Honor for "Last Stop on Market Street" and the author Matt de la Pena won the Newbery Medal for the same book. (Extremely unusual for a picture book to win the Newbery: Hurrah!!!) Yes, illustrator, Sophie Blackall won the Caldecott Medal for "Finding Winnie".
